Understanding Support Tickets Support tickets in FieldPad.io are a crucial component for managing customer inquiries and issues. This guide will help you navigate and utilize the support ticket system effectively. Accessing Support Tickets Click SUPPORT in the left sidebar, then select Support Tickets . Ticket Overview The support tickets page provides a comprehensive view of all tickets, including details such as ticket number, customer, subject, department, category, status, priority, last reply, creation date, and assigned employee. Filtering and Sorting Tickets Use the filter bar to narrow down tickets by status, priority, or other criteria. Click on column headers to sort tickets by that column's data. Managing Ticket Columns Click the settings gear icon ⚙️ in the top right corner to adjust visible columns and their order. Toggle columns on or off and reorder them as needed. Ticket Details To view detailed information about a ticket, click on the ticket number. This will open the ticket detail page, where you can update ticket details and manage communications. Additional Features Use the Refresh feature to update the ticket list at intervals ranging from 1 minute to 60 minutes. The Team Board view allows for a more visual management of tickets across team members.
